peter evans partnership, originally established under the name peter evans in August 2009, is based in Knowledge Village in Dubai and specialises in the provision of services in connection with construction industry claims and dispute resolution

THE PARTNERS

The firm’s partners, Mr Peter Evans and Mr Lee Simões, are both based in the Dubai office, from where they cover claims and dispute resolution services regionally and internationally.

The founding partner of the peter evans partnership is Peter Evans, who is a seasoned professional Chartered Quantity Surveyor with more than 35 years’ experience of the construction industry in the Arabian Gulf, as well as of working with contractors and consultants from around the world. Peter is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and an experienced Arbitrator.

Lee Simões is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and is currently concluding his Masters in Construction Law and Arbitration. Lee has 18 years of experience of which over 13 years has been spent in the Middle East with the remainder in the UK. He has attained a large diversity of regional projects experience, having held positions in the Middle East for construction consultancy practices up to Managing Director level.
